Why it exists

A small distillery does not need more vague advice. It needs clear numbers, repeatable records and tools that fit the way production actually happens. Stillbench sits at the intersection of distilling knowledge, practical operations and simple technology.

Developed in a working distillery

Many of the original Stillbench tools were developed while solving day-to-day production and costing problems at Ryes & Shine Craft Distillery, also owned by Stillbench’s founder. Ryes & Shine is the founding case study—not an unrelated customer—and Stillbench remains a completely separate brand.
