This notice explains how Stillbench.com, based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, handles information. Effective September 20, 2026.
Calculator data
Values entered into the free calculators are processed in your browser. Stillbench does not receive or store those values.
Purchases and downloads
Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. Stillbench does not receive your complete card number. To fulfil an order, Stillbench receives and stores limited transaction information such as your email address, Stripe session and event identifiers, purchase amount and currency, delivery timestamps, a protected download-token record and download count.
Email and support
Your purchase email is used to deliver the product and provide transaction or support communications. If you request the Distiller's Bench Sheet, Stillbench stores your email and any optional details you provide. Marketing emails are sent only when you provide the applicable consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Information you send to support@stillbench.com is used to answer your request. Stillbench does not sell personal information.
Service providers and location
Information may be processed by Stripe and by Stillbench's website-hosting and email providers. Those providers may process information outside your province or country under the laws that apply where they operate.
Retention and security
Download links expire after seven days and are limited to five downloads. Transaction and support records are kept only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal obligations. Stillbench uses restricted server storage, signed payment notifications and protected download tokens, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
Stillbench uses first-party measurement to count page visits, calculator use, video plays, lead requests and checkout steps, and to remember the original campaign or referral source during your browser session. If you allow optional analytics, Stillbench also loads Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and page use. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and process data outside Canada. We do not send calculator input values or payment card details to Google Analytics. If you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies when you visit its hosted checkout.
Your choices
You can at any time. You may also ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information held by Stillbench, subject to records that must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. Contact support@stillbench.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
